On March 23, Beijing time, the CBA Company issued an announcement regarding disciplinary actions against Guangzhou player Li Xiangbo and Ningbo player Abudurexiti Abudushalamu for improper conduct during and after their game.

Incident Recap:
On March 21, during the 28th round of the CBA regular season between Guangzhou and Ningbo, Li Xiangbo and Abudurexiti became involved in a verbal altercation, during which both players used inappropriate language. After the game ended, Abudurexiti became emotional and attempted to engage in unnecessary physical contact with others, leading to a gathering of individuals on the court and causing significant negative impact on the league.
Disciplinary Decisions:
Li Xiangbo: Suspended for 4 games and fined 100,000 RMB
Abudurexiti Abudushalamu: Suspended for 1 game and fined 50,000 RMB
Guangzhou Long-Lions Club: Deduction of 50,000 RMB from league funds
He Zhenxuan, Deputy General Manager of Long-Lions Club: Fined 10,000 RMB
Liu Jiacheng, General Manager of Ningbo Fubang Club: Fined 10,000 RMB
In the disciplinary notice, the CBA Company specifically noted that this incident failed to learn from a similar incident that occurred in the league on February 1, and therefore warranted aggravated penalties.
